One on one personal training is the gold standard when it comes to improving your health fitness and wellbeing. Whether you work in an office 40 hours a week, run your own business, are trying to improve your athletic performance, or simply trying to get your training back on track, I can help you achieve your goals. Tailored nutritional coaching in conjunction with strength training and well planned conditioning will help you get there faster.
Group Personal Training
Group personal training is an excellent option for those who enjoy working in smaller groups. Group are generally tailored to all levels of training experience, and are a more affordable option for those looking to move, feel and look better.

Strength & Conditioning
Having worked with teams and athletes from professional level in rugby, to intercounty, club and underage in a range of sports, we aim to improve individual and team performance. Depending on the athletes level, I use a variety of methods including fitness testing, speed/sprint training, plyometrics, olympic lifting, strength training, sport specific conditioning, bodyweight/core training to improve performance.
